Online Financial Training Modules
Structured, self-paced modules covering the core concepts of financial literacy and economic psychology. Accessible wherever you are.
Financial education designed for real life
The online training programme extends the Fundelento coaching approach into a self-directed format. Each module is built around a specific aspect of financial behaviour and literacy, drawing on the same economic psychology framework used in individual coaching sessions.
Modules are designed to be completed independently, in sequence or selectively based on your priorities. They combine explanatory content, practical exercises, and reflection tools. No prior financial knowledge is required.
The online modules are educational resources. They do not constitute financial advice and are not a substitute for personalised coaching. For a tailored programme, individual sessions are available in person or online.
What the training covers
Six modules covering the complete landscape of financial behaviour, from foundational concepts to advanced habit design.
An introduction to mapping your complete financial picture. Covers income tracking, expense categorisation, and the difference between perceived and actual spending. Includes a structured self-audit worksheet.
An exploration of the most common cognitive biases affecting financial decisions: present bias, loss aversion, anchoring, the endowment effect, and mental accounting. Practical exercises for bias identification.
Examines how emotional states, stress, social comparison, and identity influence purchasing decisions. Introduces awareness techniques and pre-commitment strategies for emotionally-driven spending contexts.
A structured approach to distinguishing necessary from superfluous spending. Covers subscription auditing, lifestyle inflation patterns, and a decision framework for evaluating discretionary purchases without deprivation.
The mechanics and psychology of emergency fund construction. Covers target-setting, staged saving approaches, account structure, and the psychological barriers that commonly prevent people from starting or maintaining a financial buffer.
Applies habit formation research to financial behaviour. Covers cue identification, routine design, reward structure, and environment modification. Includes a personalised habit-design template for key financial behaviours.
How the training works
Self-Paced
Modules are designed to be completed at your own pace. Each module typically takes between 45 and 90 minutes to complete, including exercises. There are no deadlines or time pressure.
Accessible Online
All modules are accessible via any device with an internet connection. Content is optimised for both desktop and mobile use. No software installation is required.
Practical Materials
Each module includes downloadable worksheets, self-assessment tools, and reflection exercises. Materials are designed to be used actively during the module and referenced afterwards.
Sequential or Selective
Modules can be completed in sequence for a comprehensive programme, or individually if you have a specific area of focus. Each module is self-contained and does not require prior completion of others.
